Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 days and the vast majority of our orders arrive within this timescale. However, on rare occasions these can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances – tracking information should be available for you to check the progress of your order but if you have any questions or queries please email - hello@vitalgym.co.

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email with an updated status. To track your order you can go here or you can get in touch with our customer services team.

Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll send you an email confirming all the details. The courier should then send you a notification with an expected delivery date.

We only ship to the UK at the moment. We are hoping to offer international shipping in future.

It is very likely for large orders (orders with multiple boxes) to get delivered on separate days due to the size and weight. If part of your order arrives then the rest should arrive in the next couple days after. Please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us.

Delivery & Returns

If your order arrives damaged please contact us - hello@vitalgym.co and our team will get it resolved. Depending on the situation we will usually arrange a collective and exchange it for new. Please do not send any items back until you have contacted us and received our instructions.

We do not cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.

We give our customers 14 days to ensure they are happy with the items they purchased. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more information please read our Refund Policy.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: JPC Vital Gym UK LTD Unit 10, The Rutherford Centre, Basingstoke, RG24 8PB. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Yes, we occasionally run promotions and discounts. Make sure you are following our socials and subscribed to our mailing list to keep up to date with any promotions and offers.

Yes we do. We offer a variety different ways to pay, including Klarna and Clearpay.

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. The amount will depend on the weight of the items you have purchased.

Product

Our equipment is designed to be used indoors and in dry conditions unless stated otherwise. Leaving items outside in wet conditions could result in rust which can impact the lifespan of your equipment.
