Great product, fits really well. The shoulder padding is a valued welcome. The delivery was as expected, the communication of VG were on point(as I had accidentally ordered two in two separate orders). The 12KG I found to be exactly what I needed to add another tier of resistance although I'm happy to see there's a 20KG option too.

I do a lot of mountaineering so train all year round with strength training and ruck marching (15-20kg). The problem with training with a backpack is your shoulders are not doing very much work and so they get lazy and slip into poor posture (also they can just get weak over time). So I wanted to get something that would force my shoulders and core to engage and to train with better form. I needed a vest that sat high and tight on my chest and that was well padded so I could wear it for up to 6 hours. This vest is almost perfect, like 9.8/10. The quality is top notch, especially for this price. I got it on sale, but if I had paid full price it still would have felt worth good value. I have started very light to get used to it, just 4kg over 13 miles, and it sits very comfortably. It's really compact so it is great for women or smaller people. The only thing that would make it perfect is if the velcro strap was elasticated, so that it moves with your ribs when the work out intensifies and you need bigger breaths. I have swapped mine for a couple of elasticed velrco luggage straps chained together and now it is perfect, still staying tight on my body while expanding when I beast it uphill. 100% recommend this vest.

Other vests this well put together are usually much pricier. Solid stitching and pockets for the weights. The vest and weights are a good shape for most exercises. It is comfortable, particularly around the shoulders where the bulk of the pressure is. The fastening is also comfortable and easy to use. It's a really good piece of kit, all that remains is to see how long the velcro lasts.

Excellent product, would highly recommend. The vest fits well and doesn't move about much when running. There is some small movement but that is expected when you have 12kgs strapped to you. Wearing this means I can do shorter runs in the winter but with maximum effect. I'm 6ft tall and medium build and the weight for me is perfect.

This is a great weight vest and offers good value for money. The materials used are of good quality with strong stitching. The vest fits comfortably and has easily adjustable velcro side belts that ensure that the vest remains snug during exercise. The internal padding offers support around the chest, back and shoulders padding ensuring that there is no contact between the body and the weights. I prefer this style of vest to the plated type as the 12 individual weights allow for a more accurate weight adjustment. All in all a great vest and equal in quality to more expensive versions.
